Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zenith Ascent. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy:
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or style:
- 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, you'll receive a store credit for the difference
How to Make a Return or Exchange

Email us at eratulahmedllc@gmail.com or call 07040926777 to initiate your return or exchange. Please have your order number ready.
Receive Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include the return form that we'll provide.
Ship Your Return
Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
- Items worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom items
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for defective items or our error
- For other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
