Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Most carriers will attempt delivery multiple times. If you're not available, they may leave the package at your door or hold it at a local facility for pickup.
